In this video, a Player class was added. this class is not part of the engine, but derived from the GameObject Class. Additionally a new ControllerManager is added. This class raises events that Player has registered to. ControllerManager also handles the touch panel so the virtual thumbsticks raise the same events that the gamepad’s thumbsticks do.
This is the first video on the development of Crystal Destiny. It simply renders objects in a structured manner. All objects visible are instances of the GameObject class with a different Model assigned to it.
One more week and I am off for the summer. And I Shall start working on my project every waking moment of the summer. cant wait
I have installed everything on Windows 8 now, and it all seems to work. hope I don’t have to go back to windows 7, not because it is bad, but I don’t want to spend a day re installing my comp again.
